The more than 15,000 customers from across Europe include large corporations, public administration, IT service providers, educational institutions, as well as a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises. The online shop of Thomas-Krenn.AG offers customers a Europe-wide unique opportunity to configure tailor-made servers with tested components in a minimum of time and to install them the very next day.

E-commerce and shop optimisation.

In view of the long decision-making cycles, which are standard in this industry, our campaign focused on the increase of sales in the online shop as well as the positioning of the Thomas-Krenn brand as the leading server expert in Germany. Further focus was placed on the generation of leads and newsletter subscriptions. A comprehensive analysis not only revealed details on industry-typical customer journeys but also on the weak spots in terms of user friendliness. Based on this analyses and a comprehensive target group analysis, suchdialog was able to identify conversion inhibitors and eliminate them.

Meaningful extension of the keyword set and based on this, the customised ads drastically improved the ranking of Thomas.Krenn.AG in the search engines – and at the same time, reduced bounce rates by 25 per cent. Individual budget assignments within the framework of an integrated multichannel approach ultimately led to an increase of shop transactions by a whopping 77 per cent.
