Through its cooperation with suchdialog, BFFT was able to increase its number of high-quality applicants by 50 percent. With the aid of a customised, integrated digital strategy, we successfully placed BFFT as an employer brand in the relevant context and secured the maximum added value of their recruiting campaigns.

BFFT moves people – and that quite literally. As an established developer of automotive technology, BFFT supplies Germany's largest automotive manufacturers. Their economic success and the growth that is associated with this can be predominantly attributed to one fact: the pioneering spirit and motivation of their employees. Our approach: A good hard look at the candidate journey.

Following the comprehensive analysis of the status-quo, suchdialog used the insights gained in collaboration with BFFT to develop a new digital marketing concept. The new roadmap had a major focus on the points of contact during the candidate journey and we were therefore able to take a highly granular approach – in each phase of the job search, our experts provided exactly the information that the future applicants needed to make their decisions. With the aid of the acquired information, we were able to address various types of occupational backgrounds: a prerequisite to garner strong response from qualified applicants. In addition, suchdialog identified the needs of the various BFFT locations and defined budget as well as action-based focal points for subsidiaries with staffing bottlenecks. The result? An increase in relevant applications by 50 per cent and much quicker processes in filling open positions.
